Imagine I would rather have a smaller number of participants if in return I can be assured that each of those participants have at least the shred of competence required to look up what a time zone is.

When the proximity is short, I prefer to schedule by "hours from now". For example, "Play in 26 hours from now?"
@ChipoLa14 We can not make it happen again. I am available in 16 hours from now. I will be on the road after that and return on Saturday which passed 10/1 deadline. Playing chess will be difficult as I have meetings set up and dinner appointment. Please let me know if we can do it today.

Я в прошлом году так же пролетел и даже не понял, что не попал. Регистрировался за месяц и никакой информации не было что прошёл, нет. В этом году всё уточнял прошёл нет.
