Recently in August/September 2026 an Indicheck team member asked “why are people leaving Indicheck?” I answered “”I do not know, we should ask why and see what we can do to improve...”” this forum was started to answer the question and improve Indicheck...
Basically it started in the late summer of 2025... Our beloved coach, manager and leader Coach “wanna” @wannabegmonce had an horrific accident that required hospitalization, surgery, and lots of money that he did not have... he has done his absolute best to come back...he did briefly for six weeks in November and December in 2025...At this time his medical condition and medical bills prevent him from returning. We are doing our best to help and keep the legacy alive that he and Founder @doni9 created...

Many titled players, many players rated 2000; 2100; 2200 to 2500 have stopped playing for Indicheck because the turn out is so low, that statistically it is impossible to win tournaments ...

Recently our founder @doni9 has successfully recruited several excellent leaders/administrators that have recruited 300 new members...this is incredibly impressive and important.

We need to take the next step and win tournaments...

All ideas are welcome...

“Hey! You said you are looking for ways to make your team active. Just find one player. One player who can play everyday, someone that will score 100+ for your team. You just need a little start, it will give you the boost you need.

Another way is to create a battle with one wings for the captain as sponsor: https://lichess.org/tournament/quc1SpRd like this!

Another way is to make a new league, like LMAO and GP.

These may take time, but you can find a leader who will do this.
