Hello! I will talk about some things in this forum.
I want leadership. The reason is I want leadership. The reason is the leader-... I am one of the new members of the team. My goal is to be the leader of this team or to leave this team. Chess player @wannabegmonce just stated in his forum post that his 2,000th member is one of three names. These members are @ChessL3ever, @GodOfChess_d and me. Let me tell you this: I am not the 2,000th member. One of the other members is the 2,000th member. Then I have plans:
I want to create many UltraBullet tournaments. Because I think there are not enough UltraBullet tournaments organized in this team. I will also tell @CHChessik the name of the team and ask them to enter the Allied BattleULTRA tournaments. I hope you understand me. See you later.

what does Indicheck think about him making a leader? :)

@wannabegmonce I really didn‘t liked people saying they want to have leadership else they‘ll leave im the past.
If he really makes great things for the team and is a great support,he could deserve a chance of course.
On the other side it‘s a team with 2000 members so being leader of a team like this needs way more things which the leader does than a 50 members team.

I would say... Let's test him out for 1 week if he is good then let's make him leader permanent if no then no

I agree with aqua we gotta test him but there is a concern we will give him 1 month to create regular swisses and change some things in the team and bring more strong and active players who can play in a tmt for our team whenever we ask (they should be rated 2300+) and many of those strong players initially full rights should not be given.

Points aren‘t the same as active. And 6 points are actually not much(Don‘t want to be mean it‘s still something!)

Scoring points in 1 tournament doesn't grant you the Leadership ability it is gained when u have the main/co leaders trust to become a leader. and you have to be active and score big points in tournaments for indicheck,
