I pushed myself to implement some of the changes you requested, but the quality may be a bit rough. Let's see if you like them like that. If not, let me know.
New stuff:
A new option to color the evaluation value in the computer engine lines (they are compared to the first value and have the same colors are best/good/inaccuracy/blunder colors in Lichess. (https://siderite.dev/blog/lichess-tools---user-manual/#cevalLineOptions) - you have to enable this, by default it's disabled
Added filters to the page listing bots. You can now filter by rating, type of game, number of games (https://siderite.dev/blog/lichess-tools---user-manual/#botFilters)
A tool to read the analysis comments aloud (https://siderite.dev/blog/lichess-tools---user-manual/#analysisReadComments) - you have to enable this, by default it's disabled
A new button to download selected games as CSV (https://siderite.dev/blog/lichess-tools---user-manual/#gameListOptions)
Enjoy!
