This is true, and they also have team leaders [EDIT: this refers to team leaders other than lichess. Also these teams don't have a thousand members so I see no point in waiting, as has been suggested earlier, for that, especially since these days lichess is doing well if it gets ten thousand players of zh per week]. If @blunderman1 doesn't want to do it and all they need is a body then I'll do it for now.

I don't really have time to play at the moment but I HAVE organised tournaments before (basically to get a game of 960 that wasn't 5+0 and for which I didn't have to wait till stupid o'clock at night). Also I have noticed that organising a 12-hour 3+0 team battle on a weekend seems to be the way to go. I doubt that would take me more than a few minutes to set up and promote. @lichess
