How to win (tricks and stuff) in horde

Guys please give me some tips on horde

as white, it is often a good strategy to sacrifice a pawn on the A file or the H file if it means closing that file. that is usually where black tries to attack.

welcome. as black, the two possible winning plans are to break through the wing, or to restrict the movement of white's formation. in many cases, you can threaten both plans at the same time to force white into a dilemma.

you better move the black pawn before the situation happens the you can't attack there
