@Gambit37 was kicked from my team and this event for an incident that started with him falling asleep mid-game, Here's one message he sent to me mid-conversation.

I actually used a physical board while playing the last I game I didn't complete...I just slept off ....and it so funny( no offense) how you said I've not treated the game with the same intensity.... Truth be told I can easily beat everyone in the tournament. And if you do watch my games most especially on chess.com ( Gambit_717) , you might as well want to rephrase that sentence.

Anyways, I don't wish to deal with players who I don't like, I think this is a team of great folks who I get along with and I'd like to keep it that way! Cheers folks! Sadly, this means we'll have a bye-pass starting next round, I am willing to play any/all players who have bye-passes in a casual 60+30 game that week instead.

This happening yesterday was really sad - never happened to me before. I think that my opponent simply dont think so seriously about a long internet-game like i do, never i would getting asleep during it. When i am too tired i am asking for a postponing, this is the normal way. To his quote "With enough concentration i can easily defeat a FM" i want to say something. His ratings are slightly above mine - he is a hard opponent for me normally for sure - but i am FIDE 1800. When i compare his ratings with mine, i would say he is playing FIDE 1900-2000 - far away from "beating an FM easily".....
He made me an offer which i cannot accept for sure in a serious tournament: he wanted to finish the game from the position where he didnt continue. This is why i think so too: he is taking a internet-game not seriously..- what pity about an interesting opponent...
