He's an 1890 USCF, and his opponents blundered very badly early on. I told him to play more games before the tournament if he was going to join to see if he was one. Still to say he flat-out is one because his opposition played absolutely horrible games based only on the analysis is incorrect. Perhaps he is one but it's only five games and we would have a larger sample size.
