Pyramid Against King's Indian Defense

I wonder, against the King's Indian Defense, is it still okay to build the pyramid with e3 and c3? (Until now I've been using GingerGM's way, playing 3.Nc3 and trying to get a 150 Attack) But I just want your other opinions, is the normal pyramid okay to use as long as white tries their best to prevent e5 from black?
