Slav Defense

I know that this is a team of London players, but the Slav is pretty close to a reverse london. You develop the bishop to f5, and (try) to make the e6-d5-c6 triangle. If anyone is interested in the Slav, please check out this study: https://lichess.org/study/vvpArded

I don't think it works for black to play a reverse London System because black is a move behind. For example

1.d4 d5 2.c4 c6 3.Nc3 Bf5 4.Qb3! Qb6 5.c5! Qc7 6.Bf4!

If black could have squeezed in the move Nd7 after Bf5, this wouldn't be a problem

But white is a move ahead here

I think black still needs to play the main Slav move orders

i know that playing reverse London doesn't work, but the strategic ideas(in some lines) are simaler.

Hello @FunnyAnimatorJimTV

The line that you are suggesting is not completely sound. I agree that if black plays Qc7 white has a better position after Bf4. However at move 4 black can also play 4...Qxb3! This is the line I am talking about. 1. d4 d5 2.c4 c6 3.Nc3 Bf5 4.Qb3 Qb6 5.c5?! Qxb3 6.axb3 e5! The pointe 7.e3 exd4 8.exd4 g6 and black has the the initiative!
Instead of 4.Qb3 white has a very good alternative: 4.cxd5! cxd5 5.Qb3
If you analyze this line you will find out that white will be a sound pawn up.
