How to became a leader?

Hi all, i have a question, how i can became a leader?

Currently, we are not looking for anymore leaders in Lovers_of_RK. We have enough leaders, all doing their job and were put there because they were either requested by the team in a former informal election or the original group of leaders decided to add them as a leader due to their interest in helping out and beneficial ideas/character.

I do think this was a matter that could've been held in personal messages, but this is a fine setting to get this statement out. If you're interested in being a leader, the quick answer is that we're not accepting. We do run tons of events through this team and also run several things to aid the popularity and know-abouts of the lichess and team events. I have had several non-leaders help me in such things just to help lead/organize something. If you're interested in doing that and not becoming a leader, we can talk about something like that in personal messages.
