Good question. There were a number of factors:
1. Bishop1964, who developed the idea, left the team due to a disagreement we had
2. Finals week got in the way of planning the tournament.
3. I forgot about it entirely.
If you are interested, we can attempt to start it up again
I don't think anyone would come to them :p
