Well, no one posts here, guess I will make the first post. 1.f4?! is actually one of my friend's favorite opening.
tbh, I have never understood the hate f4 gets. At worst, it's a Dutch defense with an extra move.
I'll allow it, though, based on the fact that its a hipster opening.

They interrupted my attempt to walk around my e3 pawn with Ke1-e2-f3-e4-d3-e2-e1, so my king instead took a detour to f5.
