should we make RK titles

I like the idea of making the title base in the LRK. That way pretty much every RK player who is good enough to have a title will be able to see it and get one.

See if we make the titles We need to record it and for that we need website so naming it would only be a federation nah XD ?

Like a governing body who will make rules for it
