This is actually a great blog and it is extremely relatable. I too have been spending a lot of days playing atomic all day and I don't know how to stop. I've had you're exact same struggle with tilting especially in arenas, I know that I will eventually get my rating back but I just can't stop myself from playing more. This is also exacerbated by the fact that I only play blitz, so gaining rating back takes forever. After reading your bog I think I should probably consider taking break as well as I have done absolutely nothing productive in the past 3 months or so except play all day but it's actually really difficult to get out of it. Hopefully you won't fully retire and stick around for a bit like me. Ya never know tho, sometimes you just need a break to renew the motivation. After a few months I hope to see you back in action. Tho if you want to improve I can give you some suggestions xD.
