Once I reported an account with 100% accuracy and he didn't get banned. Lichess doesn't care lol

High accuracy doesn't mean cheating. A common misconception. I quite often have high accuracy games, it usually is just a boring game or a game where my opponent made an opening mistake.

I know, I also have high accuracy games but 100%? That's cheating.
No, 100% is not cheating by definition. In fact, accuracy is a very poor indicator if you want to identify cheaters.
PS: a 100% game is actually quite rare, do you have a game link? Honestly, I don't think the analysis engine could/would play a 100% game, simply because of horizon effects in the analysis. I've seen a few 99% games, but 100... never, I think.

A Player could have just played a very good game, playing the best moves possible. That sometimes happens in short games or rarely in long games but that's extremely rare. Players can study positions for hours to find the best moves possible and then play games like that.

Well, here's the thing: the analysis engine wouldn't even recognize the best moves. It already has an opinion on the most comonly played book moves that is not 'flawless', even though it doesn't suggest other moves. This, in part, has to do with just the limited time it uses, and it seeing different evals on followup moves.
So if you've ever seen a 100% game, I'd love to see it. Never seen one, not even if you play 'the best possible moves'.

I've seen a 98.0 percent game.
