Slightly off topic: Irate is fine; another word for very angry is livid. ( I was livid after flagging when my opponent had only a king plus one pawn and 0.7 seconds on the clock.)

I wanted to play few casual rapid games but by accident I played a rated one and lost
I had the same thing,
I had this problem so many years on and thanks to GM Avetik!
I was finding a solution for this big problem in my life and I found out the correct way!
I had this same experiance more 100 and 1000 of games either.
But now I could able to travel alone the correct journey.
