I think being good is a concept that one defines. The goal is to convince yourself to be good. But I think even if I am not very good, I am better than you. your best chess practice is to play 3 minute nonsenses. And also I am a 2000 rapid player on chess.com. this is exactly the same thing when I am saying English learners who are absolutely terrible at English compared to me. But that's because they are good compared to classroom noobs. One thing else chess players have some worse attitude than English learners. Insulting each other, accusing each other for cheating out of thin air. Bye.
