yes quite Cool Win, looks Humanized, but I like simplicity , that using that Advandtage of Rook on the same line
1-st caputring a pawn one by one with checks, and finaly win extra promoting pawn, by separating it from rook support, by using same 2 rooks on the line, Interestung Game, Thx a lothttps://lichess.org/KMOSx4wu#4
Just giving my thoughts to the original position. You should take the pawn immediately, as you can invade with the other move immediately afterwards.
If you play Rdd2 instead, White can protect the pawn with Rb1. And while the position is still wining, you do not have that extra pawn and need to come up with other plans. Note that the "obvious" pawn winning Rxb2 will then be draw if defended correctly.

Do you mean something like thishttps://lichess.org/study/LEeJBk95
Well, rook endings are hard!
Capturing first and invading afterwards leaves you a pawn up and a dominant attacking position. That's pretty nice if you want to play for a win,
If Rdd2 first, protecting the b Pawn looks natural. And it is very easy to get sidetracked and capture it. But this trades a pair of rooks, and the draw is so much easier. You don't have to take the pawn at this stage, and then you are still fine. But you have to resist taking it. Which may not be easy.
There is just no downside in simply picking up free material first, and the rook on b2 looks well placed, protecting the b7 pawn.

That's correct evaluation only, if you take pawn opponent can easily invade you and create counter play. But if you bring rooks to 7th rank, then atleast you have a draw and more than that you can take the pawn easily. So white might not be able to invade easily.
What is your issue here?
