why is nc5 a inacuracy ?

"this was very bad "

  • The move was bad, but caused by not using enough time.
    You have a winning position, you have plenty of time, use that time to make sure you convert a win.

"i read that they are important for improvement"

  • Puzzles are overrated.

"i wish i could do them faster"

  • No, play slower.

why they are overrated ?

  • In a real game nobody tells your there is a tactic, or for whom.
    In a puzzle you get the perspective of the winning side, like in the example above you are the victim of a double attacK;
    The puzzle does not teach you how to reach such a position either.

Here is another example.
You have the advantage of the bishop's pair, you have 12 minutes on your clock.
You miss a very simple tactic: a discovered attack from your opponent.
