Ban

It is fair to ban a good and strong blitz and bullet player named @innocentguy
Who was playing good also he was streaming during the tournament even played all games with zerk.
There is no chance to use engine in 90 second with streaming.
Lots of GM reported so lichess banned him.
Is it fair?

Engine cheating can be done even in ultrabullet. It's not like they copy engine moves from another browser window or phone when doing it in fast time controls.

Cheaters in fast-time-control games use scripts.

But I also want you to tell that he was streaming during the tournament.

It is not impossible to cheat while streaming.

You do not know the reasons for the ban (unless you are innocentguy) and anyone who is banned can appeal. Either they have not appealed or the appeal was rejected which tells you something.

It's one thing if you see a red flag appear. But sometimes you see a player being kicked out of a tournament. Either during the tournament or within three days. Surely something like that wouldn't happen for something minor?

@Italiya I’d say there are also other major offences deserving of The Red Mark than engine usage.

Above all it looks like he closed his account so he aint trying to get an appeal

If a player is expelled from a tournament, especially one with such cash prizes, the reason must be very serious. In fact, any possible reason is considered as serious as engine use. That's why there's a common definition; otherwise, the penalties and consequences would vary.
