Coaches, what's the most frustrating part of running your lessons?

Their student looking smarter than them?

Hi @magurto!

I've been coaching for several years, and I have to say I really enjoy it. I really emphasize not making it a "1 hour lesson a week followed by radio silence" type of deal, so it requires a lot of effort to consistently stay on top of things with having many students. It's also really important to not make lessons repetitive, so that requires some consistent innovation.

I guess the most frustrating thing is the technical difficulties! Like the video call app suddenly starts glitching, or I'm wondering "where did that ChessBase file go?", etc.

Looking forward everyone's responses!
