I literally am so dependent on my coach when playing a match against a random opponent. Like if there is a M1 i can do it easily but if its M2 or M3 then i cannot see it. Even in puzzles I use the hint even if I know what to do. Any tips?

Usually in situations like these, you try to find for checks and test them if they’re necessary or not.
If there isn’t, try to look for an attack. If there is an attack, try to get more pieces active into that attack.
Bonus Tip: Be confident and trust yourself.

Forget about m1 m2 m3.
Learn to take pieces.

Getting assistance in game doesn't help improvement. Its the same thing people that use engines and expect improvement experience. And.. its actually cheating... I sincerely hope the games are casual and your opponent knows you are being assisted.
Let's assume things are legally happening for discussion's sake, and just carry on.
Your move selection is most likely suffering from a hierarchy problem. I.E. The most important things are not being considered as most important. There is also something in your question about training your intuition to recognize the critical moment or moments in the game. My guess is you've got a combination of these two things going.
Good luck.

Wow, a coach that steps in whenever you're about to do something stupid. Do you ever lose games?

And to be clear, in almost all contexts, this is 100% cheating. If your coach is intervening in a game while it is running, it is cheating. Period. This is true in Casual games as well. The ONLY time this would be reasonable is if something is clearly labeled and agreed to be a "training game" by BOTH players.
