Are there many chess books available in Korean? If not, you need to be able to understand material written in English. Relying entirely on Google Translate—as I am doing right now—would likely be difficult.

There is one problem. Using 15 seconds per game you will never get up.

I have heard that the Move by Move books, written by Cyrus Lakdewala, have clear, simple explanations. Just choose one and read. Keep trying and it will become easier.

I say these things because your written English is not that good, so probably you will have to work at it.

I hope this helps. Good luck

Maybe, you can find something useful at https://lichess.org/forum/general-chess-discussion/how-to-improve-18 or https://lichess.org/forum/general-chess-discussion/i-need-advice?page=2.
"... Most internet players think that 30 5 [(30 minutes with a five second increment added every move)] is slow, but that is unlikely slow enough to play 'real' chess. ... Many internet players are reluctant to play slower than 30 5 so you might have to settle for that as a 'slow' game." - NM Dan Heisman (2002)

That was back in 2002. These days, you might have to settle for 15+10.

(classical arenas/swiss and lichess4545 exist so you can indeed play slower games. But it's easy to improve at your rating, so some basic things like actually thinking about your moves, looking at your mistakes, learning ideas, and doing some puzzles are already plenty. On that note, bullet is too fast, slow down to blitz at least)

Randomly looking at your most recent game, I will give a random idea that applies to it. Note that it's not like you will remember all the ideas, but over time your brain can come up with them and understand the position more often.

(Note: stockfish level 6 beats me quite often so understand it's very hard)
(Note 2: playing against humans or even @maia1 is much better than computer)

By move 11, you can see that black has everything focusing on the queenside while your pawns point to the kingside. So you actually want to break the dont-move-pawns-in-front-of-king principle because you have control over that side. And so you want to have a pawn storm or some attack on that side, because that's the only thing you can really do, because you can't do anything on the queenside. (Except a4, Bc1, Ba3 plan to improve your bishop and defend and... a few other ideas...)
