When you look at someone’s ranking and they’re stronger, don’t immediately think ‘I’ve lost’ – think ‘I’m going to give it my best’'.
And if they’re weaker, never – and I mean NEVER – think ‘oh, they’re weak, I’ve already won’'.
You’ll get the hang of this with practice over time; the more you play, the quicker you’ll get the hang of it.
TIP: Try playing against stronger players, then analyse the game and learn from your mistakes.

It wasn't just Fischer who recommended making 'good moves'. Capablanca did too. I guess what was intended - at least in Capa's case - was play what feel like 'natural' moves.

my chess teacher says that cuz he says i dont love seeing blunders often and get embarassed and frustrated, he told me to not get angry at losses but forget it immediately
but now for me, it aint that easy, i feel like my entire progress was a lie
one blunder and i feel like i am not good enough
what should i do??
Not good enough, mistakes are hard to learn, my 1182elo is weak
I’m in the same boat; if it helps, I found a phrase in the Massimo Adinolfi’s book "Problemi magnifici. Gli scacchi, la vita e l'animo umano" (maybe can be translated in "Magnificent Problems. Chess, Life, and the Human Spirit") very helpful:
"In chess, as in other games, you never lose, you either win or you learn"
(original is: "a scacchi, come in altri giochi, non si perde mai: o si vince, o si impara")
(the author is a philosopher and son of the italian champion of correspondence chess Renato)

Perhaps these notable examples will be helpful.

- No I do not think so: you have the wrong attitude.
What I mean is: ask yourself what you would play if you were Fischer.
