My Chess Teacher says my biggest weakness in chess is my psychology, How do i fix it?

Its never easy. Even i have problems with it.You having to keep trying,putting your emotions out of learning and working on your mistakes.You need to remind yourself"its just one game,and it doesnt define me" and work on what you did wrong.
