Technically, for the way you behave, yes.
If you think you haven't done anything wrong, @civil2000, you can appeal at lichess.org/appeal. You can't just say that Lichess is discriminating you or whatever. If you want to be unbanned, do you think talking about how Lichess is for haters or whatever will do that?
Think about it rationally. Don't be a No Action Talk Only guy.

Dont worry, cheating is totally accepted these days. U can do it multiple times and still have people who worship u. So, just keep cheating and laugh about the honest players....

The website is not bad, the problem is the decision made here. And this type of decisions and speculations without any prove are going to make this website disppear, like many other sites in the past. And all the GMs can show how beautiful they are, nobody is going to watch them soon. Chess will by dying instead of prospering. Cheaters must be removed but there must also be clear proves of cheating in order to ban somebody. Otherwise, this is discrimination of any type, and no longer a free world of equal opportunities.
If you think chess is gonna die soon, why even bother playing? You can quit now. The delete button is in your settings.
