Forget about attacking. Learn to take your opponent's pieces.
Children's brains have more nerve cells, and they form synapses faster.
Tips for playing=
https://lichess.org/learn
Play more slower games (rapid/classical) and fast games (blitz), turn on move confirmation, and think for at least 3–5 seconds before every move.
Stay away from variants, ultra-bullet, bullet, and blitz.
Play 15+10 rapid instead.
Blunder check before you move.
Think average 40 seconds per move.
Use all time allowed by the time control.
Here is an example: you lose with more time on your clock than you started with.
...Na6? is a mistake. A knight on the rim is dim. Play for the center: ...c5.
I think slightly longer blitz time controls like 5+0 and 5+3 are also good choices.
Also, in classical games, you can right-click on the board to make annotations.
You can play 10+0 or 15+10 for praticing.
And, don't forget to solve puzzles. You can do a routine like "Today I will solve 50 puzzles".
Maybe, Mehnav can find something useful at https://lichess.org/forum/general-chess-discussion/how-to-improve-18 or https://lichess.org/forum/general-chess-discussion/i-need-advice?page=2 .

In a 15+10 game, averaging "40 seconds per move" would exhaust the 15-minute time reserve before move 31. The results may not be so good just relying on the 10-second increment from move 31 on (especially if the opponent has averaged 30 seconds per move and still has a 5-minute time reserve).
Think average 40 seconds per move.
Probably it is better to calculate with 30s per move for the format 15+10 - see How long is a chess game?.

Better solve 5 perfectly without moving any pieces around and call it a day. That’s still impressive.
