For a while I was a member of an email chess club called ConradChess. It was run by one Conrad Goodman, a wonderful old man, who devoted his life to the club until his death in his 90s I think. He developed his own rating system and titles. The club had eleven IGMs, The top player had a rating of 7840. His website is still up, perhaps someone else is running the club.
