As mentioned above, there’s the issue of cheating reports being ignored—though I did manage to get two accounts shut down, as the cheating was absolutely blatant and happening in every single game.
Most recently, a player disconnected multiple times at the start of a match. When I asked why, they calmly replied that they were "checking their opening." Despite me reporting this over a week and a half ago, nothing has been done.
On top of that, there are players who disconnect simply because they’re losing. It’s become unbearable; in about 3 out of every 10 games, my opponents disconnect when they’re losing. I’ve repeatedly urged the implementation of a one-week temporary ban to curb this behavior—since it’s truly intolerable—yet nothing has been done.
And today, it feels like I can’t even submit reports anymore. I’m being told to provide the game URL, even though I’ve included it just as I always do. It honestly feels like I’m being blocked from reporting—well done, Lichess

You can't deal with cheaters on this platform. Lichess blocks you from reporting them. When you try to submit a report, it asks for a link to the game. When you provide a link to the game, it blocks the report and still tells you that you must provide a link to the game. Essentially, you are not allowed to report anyone because the system is broken and does not acknowledge the links.
This was a bug that was already fixed but it needs a server restart, it will be online tomorrow morning CET.
That problem aside, you reported zero players in 6 years. Please use lichess.org/report.

So you played 332 total games, let's assume you reported your losses, which are about 160, and claim to have reported almost 40 players. That's around 25% of cheating claim.
Clearly you're wrong most of the times. If not all.
Ok then tell me why i am wrong instead of just saying i am wrong and start beeing useful.
But i dont want to destroy your fantasy world, where people playing fair games online. Are you actually aware of how easy it is to use help of any sort at online chess, a game that is primarily ego-based? In that regard, 25 percent of people cheating online seems like a pretty underrated guess.
Also you do fail to understand that its not about the amount of the reports to the amount of played games ratio, but rather about the amount of reports to the amount of times these reports were proven right ratio, which is just at zero on lichess. And this is just wrong and shows that no one cares about cheaters in here.

I think every comment is superfluous.

Is there even any position, that cares about cheating requests?

Comparing to Chess.com, it seems like no one cares about cheating reports. For comparison, on Chess.com nearly 10 percent of my outgoing reports, had been proved right- on lichess out of almost 40 cases i get no response whatsoever.
Also, its a possibility that they don't let the person who reported cheating know about the ongoing report or anything like that.

This is your problem, not a sitewide problem. I've had no such experience.

Wait till you find out you can be shadow muted for reporting too much; and this includes reporting non-rated games which themselves aren't monitored for cheating through automation. When you start to see the real picture of how fairplay standards are upheld you have to begin to ask why this is designed this way.
