Lichess corporation
I don't think you understand how Lichess is run. Screenshot 2026-10-06 9.53.13 PM.png (https://image.lichess1.org/display?op=noop&path=A_uYlW95EXFi.png&sig=c78bbdbf9b99595c7d471c5daf49bcbf698ce5b5)
They don't pay that many people. I don't think there are any full-time jobs at Lichess.
It seems like they publish these charts every year. There weren't any employees like that before (maybe 2 or maybe even 1 years ago): content coordinator, community coordinator, content and broadcast stipend (1,2,3), moderation coordinator. The phrase "Lichess corporation" was written in quotation marks, because I know that, officially, they're a charitable organization. It's just that their behavior is starting to look more and more like some corporate firm with a bunch of managers who don't do anything useful—they just cause trouble. I would genuinely like to know what has improved since these people were hired. It seems that communication with the community has actually gotten worse.

This isn't what I said at all and in your indignation have completely missed the point. But please, continue to rage at all the volunteers here. That will surely help.
What if they aren't volunteers? What if they get paid? See the table above https://lichess.org/forum/lichess-feedback/how-to-disable-the-markers-when-a-game-finishes#gyIzKqWK
Would it be fair to say that they aren't doing a good job with community communications? (Communtiy coordinator part time)

There may be some truth there. A lot of those stipend workers are necessary for moderation and to keep broadcasts running smoothly. You don't notice it because they just do their job.
