Hi. Due to this offline crash my game ended by 'loss by timeout' which I think is unfair. Can I get a rating refund?

Yeah me too. It wouldn’t tell me I got connected to a game and I would go to my profile and it would say I’m playing and I tried making a move but it wouldn’t let me
lichess would like have trouble trying to load
