Lichess Downtime

Hi Lichess people, playing against Stockfish gives issues, it let's time run out after a few moves. It does that in blitz but apparently also with correspondence chess. Here is one example :

I'll try to get a dev to look into what's happening there. Thanks for letting us know.

The cause currently appears to be a crucial server abruptly shutting down due to hardware failure, outside of our control. We think things should be stable but will be monitoring closely. Unfortunately, we won't be able to refund rating or restore game positions which were affected, and apologise for disruption and inconvenience.

I lost a winning game due to crash. How lichess is unable to refund lost ratings ?

@achja it is hopefully working now. please let us know if it continues to freeze up in another game.
