Guys as @Ender88 said this is Hyper-Text Markup Language, you have nothing to worry. But, actually this is a programming code which only browsers can understand. This has been widely used on Lichess, Amazon, Chess.com (I was a developer over there who got banned because of their bad system while liches has a wonderful one ). And there are websites that use HTML 5, but, for this website they mostely use java as they need graphics which I think Lichess should work more on...
And I need to know which team told that this is hacking (somebody told in this forum)...

Yes I believe you bcoz it's not completely random text, it's a few stuff from the team description along with some text well i think this is coding for websites I'll see later
