Do we really know what love is??

It hurts more when Gram sings it than Nazareth

I've been hoping to encounter a Rick Roll about now. It would tell us so much about love that needs to be said.

I will say
That i would willingly die
To protect
Those i Love

I don't know exactly what love is
But i think it involves
Placing others
Before yourself.

I almost posted WASP’s “Love Machine”, which is kinda like the metal version of that.

“All I need’s my love machine”

As many Americans would agree, the real "love machine" is a pickup truck. But while a truck might be necessary, it's not actually sufficient.

I can't speak for everyone, but I know I was being selfish when I hoped my ex-wife would return. We both had our reasons for wanting out of the marriage, but she was the one who left...

I think when you truly love a spouse, girlfriend (or boyfriend), etc., you let them go...if they come back to you, it was meant to be. However, in many, if not most, romantic relationships, the relationship ended long before the breakup. At some point, whether you see it or not (or choose not to see it) the relationship is doomed long before the actual split.

I know most of you don't want or need advice in these matters, so I will end this reply.
