I would pick the ability to shapeshift, including the option to shift specifically only through thoughts. That way I can **change into their shape**, but I can also **read their minds (telepathy)**, and **think like that person and store my own consciousness in a small corner of my mind to revert to my own thoughts when I like**.
Example: If I wonder what a person is thinking at a given moment, I can copy their thoughts and manipulate their thoughts **in my own mind** like I'm essentially using their brain, but **it doesn't affect their thoughts inside their mind**.
A cool combo of telepathy and shapeshifting.
Edit: I know I have already responded to this forum, but it was a two-way tie between these two superpowers.

Yeah until you remember you have to land at some point ;p
Flying is wicked cool but impractical.
1. If you don’t have invulnerability, crashing will be lethal.
2. In urban areas, it’s impossible to fly without being spotted. Unlike powers like telekinesis or mind-reading, it’s not subtle and might get you investigated or detained by the government.
3. If you don’t have some sort of portable heater with you, you’re probably going to be extremely cold in higher altitudes.
4. You can’t fly too quickly without fast reactions.
freeze time. imagine you have too much homework. or someone says there's an exam today which you'd forgotten about. you can just pause time and study!
feeling tired or fatigued? pause time, take a power nap!
conditions:
I wouldn't age while time is paused
devices and machines would respond to me even when time is paused
If lifespans extended dramatically, the definition of "retirement" would vanish.
