Yeah, the contraction is only along the direction of motion. So all the other dimensions stay the same. The whole thing with the speed of light and what happens when an object's speed approaches that is really interesting.

Shower Thoughts? I got some!!!! Here are my shower thoughts:

Nothing is really on fire, but rather fire is on things.
A doctor wants you to get sick, a police hopes your a bad guy, a mechanic wants your car to break down, only a thief wishes you prosperity.
