Whose excited for the party of trump to get swept in the elections? Approval hits historical lo 20s

Q.E.D. graces the completion of a proof. A proof is rather hard to make with only brief, dismissive repetition and personal attack.

The Putin-Trump I deal to trade Ukraine for Venezuela was revealed by Fiona Hill.

This was a betrayal of the 1994 Budapest Memorandum where the USA and the UK as co-signatories signed to guarantee the territorial integrity of Ukraine.

Putin went into southern Ukraine during Obama's term, and invaded en masse well into Biden's term, long before Trump went into Venezuela, and when it wasn't remotely obvious that Trump would ever be president again.

So Putin "offered" to let Trump go into Venezuela someday, if Trump happened at some point to be reelected and then happened to want to go into Venezuela?

Oh.

Well, Putin can "offer" whatever he wants, I guess. But his timing seems more than a bit odd. And this would seem a remarkably thin basis for blaming Ukraine on Trump.

Especially since Trump's administration apparently HAS provided some considerable funding to Ukraine. Was that part of the supposed "deal"?

And, as I've already stated, I don't really think Trump needed Putin's permission to pull the quick snatch and grab in Venezuela that happened long after Putin had already been fighting in Ukraine for years.

Let's not strain to blame all the world's evils on Trump, rather than on the actors who actually do the harm. Even if it's quite fashionable in some quarters.

And as for "high oil prices" it was reported yesterday that during the terms of Biden and Obama, oil prices were more than 100 dollars per barrel about 1,000 days. Let that sink in, rather than just say "oooh, that's, like, a cherry."

Repeated for the FORUTH TIME:

High pil price under Biden - NOT BIDEN'S FAULT (but Putin's)

High oil price under Trump - TRUMP'S FAULT

Kinds weird it has to be explained over and over again!

And yeah you're cherry picking actually, because you're pretending the presidents have the same influence/responsibility over the oil price. You're cherry picking away that Trumo now smashed one of the largest oil producing regions of the works whiich every single analyst said would skyrocket the oil price and pretending it just like went up randomly with no fault of Trump.

"it wasn't remotely obvious that Trump would ever be president again"

  • Russia sided with Trump in the election against Biden. After Biden won the election, Putin decided to go on anyway with the invasion as planned.

"this would seem a remarkably thin basis for blaming Ukraine on Trump"

  • Point is the USA as co-signatory of the Budapest memorandum was obliged to guarantee the territorial integrity of Ukraine. Trump I made a deal with Putin to give each other free reign in Ukraine resp. Venezuela.

"Trump's administration apparently HAS provided some considerable funding to Ukraine."

  • Biden gave weapons to Ukraine, Trump only sells weapons, to be paid by Europe.

"I don't really think Trump needed Putin's permission to pull the quick snatch and grab in Venezuela"

  • The USSR and Russia have defended allies in Korea, Cuba, Vietnam, Syria.

"blame all the world's evils on Trump"

  • The Venezuela-Ukraine deal is betrayal of the Budapest Memorandum.
Likewise pulling out of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action with Iran is betrayal.
Likewise pulling out of the Paris Agreement is betrayal.

Talking of cherry picking. Can you guess what would be written here on Off-Topic if Obama, Clinton or Biden did this ?

President Trump has called the $400 million super PAC run by his political advisers “my money that I control.” A campaign watchdog group this week filed a formal complaint with the Federal Election Commission claiming that such an arrangement is illegal.

Federal law bars those holding federal office from directing spending decisions for a political organization with no contribution limits.

Yet Mr. Trump has made clear repeatedly that he maintains “control” over MAGA Inc., a $400 million super PAC for which he has been raising money since he won re-election in 2024. The president recently claimed incorrectly that the super PAC has $1 billion.

It strikes me as more than a bit funny that the ratio of 1000 to 67 (an enormous difference) is blithely brushed aside, as if it's "cherries" and not data, with no consideration of the differences in attitude toward energy production by different American administrations. And with no consideration of the series of executive orders by Trump intended to encourage U.S. oil, natural gas and coal production, and the growth of the nuclear energy industry.

Nope. It's just "Trump's always wrong," as usual with some on the internet -- some of whom I suspect are Canadian, European or even further away from the facts.

Even if it eliminates the threat of the proliferation of nuclear weapons, that is, giggle, not to be considered either, because this is yet another opportunity to over-simplify and bash Trump that just can't be passed by!

And although Putin first went into Ukraine during Obama's term, and invaded massively well into Biden's term, we're still going to pretend, in convoluted fashion, that Trump's at fault for Ukraine, not Obama or Biden. Sure, that's logical, no doubt.

Okay, ladies and gentlemen, boys and girls, I'm not going to change your minds. Enjoy your predictible world view. I'm tired of wasting my time.

We can only hope Trump ends his foolish war against Iran and starts no new wars.
Hopefully Xi Jinping could talk some sense into Trump with his Thucydides tale.
Losing the midterm elections could or could not help.

Why do you need to suspect when the answer is in my profile ?? Lol

So because of the country where I live I am disqualified to know facts like for example that ?

Moroun donated $1M US to Trump-supporting super PAC before Gordie Howe bridge threats

Donation came less than a month before U.S. president's threat to block bridge's opening

For those who do not know Moroun is the wealthy owner of a nearly century-old bridge connecting Michigan and Ontario. I guess Moroun is no longer for free market when it's a company competing with the one he owns.

Am I also disqualified to know facts like those ?

Adam Kidan Wire fraud and conspiracy tied to the Jack Abramoff scandal . Donated $2,600 to Rep. Ryan Mackenzie’s PAC three days prior . Pardoned on July 3, 2026; wiped away conviction and restitution .

Julio Herrera Velutini Bribery charges involving Puerto Rico's governor . Daughter contributed $3.5 million to the pro-Trump super PAC MAGA Inc. . Pardoned in January 2026 (subject to FEC/Campaign Legal Center complaints) .

Trevor Milton Securities fraud . Contributed hundreds of thousands to over $1.8 million to Trump-linked committees . Pardoned, eliminating substantial restitution obligations .

Paul Walczak Siphoning funds / tax evasion . Mother contributed $1 million to a Trump super PAC . Pardoned in April 2025 .

Imaad Zuberi Campaign finance, tax violations, and obstruction . Donated at least $800,000 to Trump/GOP committees . Sentence commuted in March 2025 .
