No more beer in the fridge.

No more beer in the fridge.

Current fear: That enough people will be conned sufficiently to cause a socialist revolution to occur in the U.S.

Oh, but, like, you know, they're promising lots of free stuff! And what do WE care if the government becomes ever more powerful and in the hands of some people who have never actually, you know, done anything terribly constructive except get elected?

Can America actually AFFORD the free stuff, especially given the already MASSIVE national debt? Well, uhm, like they just have to tax the, you know, billionaires.

There aren't really enough billionaires to pay for it all? Oh, poo. But, like, uh, can't we just pretend there are? I mean, golly, those candidates are, like, so, uhm, cool! You know?

Please, common sense, I beg you: prevail.

America really DOESN'T need to abolish the Senate and the presidency, pack the courts with radicals, and open its borders again. America really DOESN'T need to destroy private health insurance, defund the police and get rid of prisons and its military, and start taxing already-taxed assets (thereby, in addition to the unfairness of it, creating a legal and accounting nightmare).

No, America doesn't need any of that. Even if some people think those changes would be, like, soooooo cool. You know?
