"candidates would be going slightly differently were the time control different"
- No, that is not true. Playing 120+0 for 40 moves is the same as playing 100+30.
The minor difference is that in 120+0 you can go to more severe time trouble than 30 seconds per move, but that did not happen.

JAVOKHIR SINDAROV has to lose!
PRAGGNANDHAA must win the CANDIDATES!!
It's nice to support your favourite but
- can you spell his name?
- is sharing second last with only five rounds left a recipe for success?
I do hope so, @lizani
Just because I spelled his name wrong, the name remains the same.
I can also say Pragg,
And the answer to your second question, even IF JAVOKHIR SINDAROV wins the Candidates, in which he will the challenger to the World Chess Champion, Gukesh Dommaraju, Gukesh D will definitely retain the title and defend it, and Javokhir Sindarov have nothing but to lose the battle
You don't have any sportsmanship, that's why everyone disliked your post, including Indians.

Sindarov can win the tournament today with just a draw.

Because he is young, and he is good at positional play, and he is like gukesh.

Sindarov answered a question about his relationship with Asaubaeva
"Yesterday was a very important game, and I was very tired, so today's draw is a good result. In the current situation, I saw no reason to engage in a long and difficult game with Hikaru. So, where possible, I chose forced lines. If he wanted to play a long game, I was prepared for that, too. But I expected him to choose the safest options, too. I even had a feeling the game would end in a quick draw.
I'll rest a bit today. Maybe I'll play some Counter-Strike. In the final rounds, I need to play as safely as possible. If someone tries to beat me and gives me an opportunity, I'll certainly take it. But right now, there's no need to seek victory at any cost.
I don't pay attention to the chatter on social media about me and Bibisara Asaubaeva, and these rumors are of no interest."
