I checked some of the lines and infact as white you need to prepare a lot if you want this to work . Also kings gambit is often met with 2. ... - d5

The king's gambit itself died with the 19th century. This line is no exception.

To my honest nowadays it is rare to play the King's Gambit, but it is NOT itself died in 19th century.

Like you bro. You negatively replied to my comment too. You know nothing. I might agree it's not the best opening, but any person with an actual future in this game could easily beat you in it. Honestly? nobody asked for your opinion and it's not worth it. You can keep spamming all you want but we will just start ignoring you.

My gambit is based on King's Gambit: 1. e4 e5 2. f4 exf4 3. Nf3 g5 4. h4 g4 5. Ne5 Nf6 6. Nxf7? Kxf7. It is -2.1 so i don't think it is so bad. But as the Black's Kingside is weak, sometimes you can outplay them. Example: 1. e4 e5 2. f4 exf4 3. Nf3 g5 4. h4 g4 5. Ne5 Nf6 6. Nxf7 Kxf7 7. d4 Nxe4 8. Bxf4 d5 9. Bd3 Nc6 10. O-O Kg8 11. Nd2 Nxd2 12. Qxd2 Be6 13. Rae1 Nxd4 14. Bg5 Qd7 15. Bf6 Bg7 16. Re5 Rf8 17. Bxg7 Rxf1+ 18. Bxf1 Qxg7 19. Rg5. The queen now is pinned and white has the advantage!

While the engine might show -2.1 at a low depth (it actually drops closer to -3.0 or -3.5 at higher depths), giving up a full Knight on move 6 for just one pawn and some king displacement does not provide enough forced compensation. When you play this, you are essentially playing "Hope Chess"

I admire the spirit, but
Oxford dictionary definition of gambit: 'an opening move in which a player makes a sacrifice, typically of a pawn, for the sake of a compensating advantage'
Your material sacrifice is higher than a pawn. As for compensating advantage, there is none as the engine slaves are braying. Who knows? It might work in speed chess.
If you're going to sacrifice on f7, the Allgaier gambit is superior: 5 Ng5 h6 6 Nxf7 (no choice anyway but at least you've induced h6). Allgaier lived in the 18th century so you're a little late to the party.

Ok, so I think I have to call this just an opening.

Only because I am negative about the OP doesn't mean no one asked for that position. You know what? I am just saying factually right things and I never said it wasn't a great weapon for blitz or rapid or smt else or bullet. I just wanted the OP to be aware that -2,1 position is pretty much losing for black and he didn't seem to know it. And saw the position myself and black can coutner it if they are not stupid
