the problem about the amount of rated games that won't change

hello,sir as you see in the picture,the yellow number means the amout of rated games that i've played.however,I found that this number won't change although I've palyed more rated games.For example,I've played 10001 rated games but the number still just 9958 and i think it will never change unless I go to shut it down and then opened it again.

so I just wanna to know is this a bug or something else?and how can i deal with that?

PS:my Lichess tool is V 2.4.223

The data is cached for two days so you don't overload Lichess' servers, @Daiyuchen0713 and @WangMuyuan123 . Probably it's a bit excessive, I will change it to one hour and 10 hours for the flags.
