Oh that's the Lit Defense. Here is @FunnyAnimatorJimTV's refutation:

@GBA87 What a joke. There is NO refutation to the Lit. Can you avoid it? Somewhat. But there is no way to refute it! Black has plenty of resources against c3. Our newest idea is d5 with Bf5 and g6, giving black very dynamic play and superior control of the center. Try all you like, you will never refute the Lit!
