@"Your Username for lichess"
"Your Username for CVT" : "Link to your CVT profile"
"I'm in (or any message saying that you're in)"

I will post an example message of a request to participate as a reply to this original forum post.
If you do not meet all the requirements but wish to participate, message @ThisIsRex as some exceptions may be made.

As to the rules of the tournament, it is very similar to the RKWC format as players will play a series of games and the one with the best score at the end, wins the series. The scoring for the series is different. Instead of an individual game counting towards the series, the pair of games will count as a point for the better score of the pair and half a point if the player's scores are equal. The pair of games is played in a specific predefined position that will be posted in a future forum. From the quarter-finals forward, the tournament is a double-elimination bracket; preceding rounds are single-elimination. All matches except for the finals are a 6-game series, with the finals being a 10-game series (with the exception of additional tie-breaking matches).

For ranking, it is the average of the player's rating on January 3rd 12:00 pm UTC. The pairings and seedings will be announced within 12 hours of that time. The players paired will have one week to schedule and play their match.
