Guys it's hard to do something when 5+ people don't know what to do.
I decide - The main president is @OLLiEparker, @ArITrA_SaHa6905 and @PLSDONTCLOSEMYACC will make the site and federation. @Telecaster12 and me are co-presidents in titles sphere @ew-pawn is the main supporter, and helper.
The titles: 2000-2099 RKCM, 2100-2199 RKM, 2200-2299, RKIM, 2300-2500 RKGM.
To have a title, you need to play at least 1500 rk games, and you need to win a lot of rk tournaments. The titles will be given by me, and everyone can help me. If you accept, give this post a horsey, or like or message that you accept. If you decline, message what you want to change. Vote starts now, if we don't do it, nothing will come from it!

Ok, then we can make monthly or weekly tournaments. But also you can have a title by rating. So 2 in 1. And there is no more need for a site, it's already made by @ew-pawn and only what you need to do is federation. SO do you accept if we do both rating and tourneys?

what if we just say you have to have 3 tournaments with atleast 10 games and the perf = to whatever the rating requirement would have beeen

Requirements: 2000 rating.
Antichess Master (AM)
Requirements: 2300 rating or 4 AM Norms
Antichess International Master (AIM)
Requirements: 2400 rating or 4 AIM Norms
Antichess Grandmaster (AGM)
Requirements: 2500 rating or 4 AGM Norms
Antichess Super Grandmaster (ASGM)
Requirements: 4 ASGM Norms
You can obtain a norm if you played a minimum of 13 games regardless of the place obtained in the tournament. For swiss tournaments, 9 rounds and a top 3 ranking are required. In addition, the final tournament performance should be more than:
2300 for AM norm
2400 for AIM norm
2500 for AGM norm
2600 for ASGM norm
see this , this is norm system of antichess.org we can keep same thing for rk but by decreasing the ratings a bit here we have ratings and perf based titles and performance the tournaments will be any lichess organised tournament

It's kinda complicated, but we can make the ratings a bit lower, and add the norms
Tournaments is extra thing for noobs lol
Also we can add some things with the highest ratings

Yes I think we should do the tournaments, with perf, Example: 2200 perf is a norm for RKM
And the highest rating
