Important title, federation

You earn a title based off of perf in a special lichess organized tournament right?

Haven't decided we r working on the federation then will form team then we can decide but I think gleb will be able to provide some idea but still we r willing to verify it from lichess leader's

yeah in normal tournaments - norms maybe we will do special
