And you are acting like after 3.Nc3 its a +3

The easiest way to check which line is better is to go to Masters Database, 1 year and check whats played more frequently.
And guess what? Qxd5 is played more than 4x times (compared to Nf6)

The winrates: Qxd5- 35% White wins 40% draws 24% black wins
Nf6: 37% White wins 37% draws 25% black wins

Qxd5 is the more popular choice, and has better results for black.
So what should you choose?
