No, I mean what we will do when we have been there in the tourney place. I mean, what procedures will we need to do?
And also, how can we "collect" our games after the game?

- You get scanned for not bringing any electronics into the tournament area.
No cell phones, watches, pens are allowed.
You look up your board and color and get seated.
When the round starts white opens.
"how can we "collect" our games after the game?"
- You get a pen and a score sheet with carbon copy. You get the carbon copy.

"i just bough chessbase"
- Study of grandmaster games is beneficial.
"how to train my chess clculation"
- Think Like a Grandmaster by Kotov explains how to calculate efficiently.
"get pieces blinded"
- Blunder check before you move.

I've only played 1 round ladder tournaments and 25 minute local quads. I do have a weekend tournament coming up tomorrow though. I'll tell you how that goes.
At least in those 1 day tournaments, a piece of paper is taped onto a wall with a table showing the pairings. The columns are:
Board (top players go on board 1, second highest go on board 2, etc.)
White (name, rating, result this far)
Result (after the game, how many points white got)
Black (name, rating, result this far)
Result (how many points black got)
So let's say after round two, Player W got scheduled to play white on board 1. They will be playing against Player B.
The columns could say:
ROUND 3 PAIRINGS
Board -------- 1
White ------- Player W (1642) 2/2
Result ------- [blank]
Black ------- Player B (1581) 2/2
Result ------ [blank]
After the game, Player W and Player B drew the game. One of them would fill out the result:
Board -------- 1
White -------- Player W (1642) 2/2
Result -------- 0.5
Black --------- Player B (1581) 2/2
Result ------- 0.5
These types of tournaments usually take place at a library or school. Most money tournaments take place at a hotel ballroom.

I mean, what procedures will we need to do?
You have to strictly follow tournament regulations. No talking, no making faces at the opponent or kicking them under the table. After making the move, press the clock and write down the move. Which brings us to ...
And also, how can we "collect" our games after the game?
You will be given a scoresheet on which to write down your moves. This is the official record and important if any issues arise. Usually, there will be a carbon copy and at the end you give the arbiter the original and keep the carbon copy for yourself.

The short answer:
In between rounds you chill and do what you want.
Right before a round the TD will announce that the pairings are up and you go find your board and color.
During your game you can make your move, study the board, get up and look at others' games, go to the bathroom, etc. Your time will run if you need to get up. Make sure to follow the procedure Move --> Hit the clock --> write your move down.
After the game you shake hands, one of you resets the board while the other writes the score down. Don't bother writing down the wrong score, your opponent can look and make sure it's correct.

But what are the conditions in a hotel ballroom during a chess tournament? Like how does the A/C usually combat the body heat?
Is it sticky in there? How much room is there to walk around and push my seat back?
