Don't advertise plzz...
GM Daniil Dubov once said that when playing blitz, you can spend the entire previous day partying, get drunk, and sleep for just two hours and still win the whole tournament, where as in rapid, you could spend that same day preparing and still not have much of a chance of winning ,that pretty much sums for OTB play

Before game: sleep and analyze your tactics
during the game: think about the position slowly if you have too much time, if they allow it, you can get up and walk around (I did)
after the game: analyze the game with an engine no matter you lost or won
