Solution: limit the number of reactions that a user can leave on a comment to two. (Of course, that would require the Lichess team to be competent, which they clearly are not: https://lichess.org/forum/off-topic-discussion/lets-have-a-civil-off-topic-discussion-please#HghRQf2m)
I wonder what the punishment (if any) was. If I were a mod, I'd have given at least a 3-week timeout on forum posting. (and if a 2nd violation, a complete nuking of the account.)
